Project 23:

TITLE: Ball and Beam system using PID controller
Description:
The project entitled "Ball and Beam system using PID controller" is an Arduino project which positions a ball at desired position on the beam.
I have done this project as my class project for System Theory and Feedback control. All the students are allowed to do a simulation based project for this class. As I have all the components required, I not only did simulation in MATLAB but also implemented it using hardware.
Results:
The controller was able to position the ball at a desired position. It responded well to the external disturbances.
